The Double Edged Sword

Hello, my friend and future millionaire. 

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel. 

My name is Don Shade. 

Today, I would like to take a minute and I want you to think about something.

What I want to talk to you about is this opportunity being a two-edged sword. 

You’ve probably been listening to our podcasts or reading our emails for awhile, and you’ve heard all kinds of steps on how to build your online business and how to do different techniques as we move forward down the Million Dollar Roadmap.

Well, here’s what it comes down to, at this point in the game: you’re probably somebody who has a decent job.

You’re living a decent lifestyle and things are going well. 

The great thing about building an online business is you don’t have to change anything with that.

You can still keep your current job, do this on the side and get things moving forward. 

You can create a decent side income, or you can even get out of a job once you get this thing built big enough.

I say that is being a two-edged sword, the problem is: If you don’t put any action behind it, you haven’t lost anything, or so it seems when it comes down to it, it’s too easy to say, ‘I’ll do it tomorrow’. 

Then a week goes by and you haven’t done anything in your business.

The reason you don’t know that you’re losing anything is because nothing has changed at the end of the week.

You still get a paycheck from your job. 

Your current lifestyle is still the same. 

One of the things I challenge you to do is put your dream in front of you and think about these things:

When was the last time you looked at your dream board? 

When was the last time that you started putting those plans together?

What happens to a lot of people is they’re really excited when they take my training. 

Suddenly the excitement fades within the next week, because real life has gotten in the way. 

Everybody has plans that they do every day after work. 

No matter what those plans are, even if it’s going home and sitting in front of your TV set, you have to want this business more than you want your current lifestyle.

This is just something to make you think.
