Handling Issues

Hello, my friend and future millionaire. 

Welcome to this episode of The Money Wheel. 

My name is Don Shade. 

There’s something I want to discuss with you today, and I want to make you’re aware of this: no matter how perfect your system is, there’s going to be times when the train is going to derail; the wheels are going to fall off the bus.

What I want you to focus on is: how are you going to handle that when it happens? 

One of the things I want you to make sure of that you are being careful how you’re treating your team. They’re doing the best they can, and sometimes issues are just a part of life. 

Our podcast, for example, went almost seven months without an issue, and then all at once, everything was getting messed up all over the place. 

We had to step in and fix some texts and technical issues that nobody saw.

So with that being said, sometimes things happen that are out of your control. 

What I want you to do is be able to look at that kind of stuff and keep moving forward.

In spite of everything that was going on in the issues that we were having, I still kept recording podcasts every single day.

Why?: Because the message is going to get straightened out and everything will be rowing on, business as usual. 

So when everything is kind of coming unwound, so to speak, make sure that you keep it together and you can see past the issues of today back to a smooth tomorrow.
